Cancellation conditions

F.Cancellation.

F.1. In the unlikely event that you are unable to comply with the Bed and Breakfast agreement, this must be reported to the manager as soon as possible, so that the vacant B&B room(s) can still be offered to third parties. F.2. In the event of cancellation, the guest(s) will pay a fee to the property manager. This compensation consists of I In case of cancellation less than four weeks, but more than two weeks before the booked arrival date: 25% of the agreed price. II In case of cancellation less than 14 days, but more than 1 day before the booked arrival date: 50% of the agreed price. III In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or the day before: 100% of the agreed price. IV There will be no refund in case of early departure. You also owe cancellation costs if you do not show up (No Show). F.3.To be eligible for a refund of the amount already paid (if applicable), the cancellation must be reported in writing (by post or email) to Erbuca Bed and Breakfast.

NB: The manager reserves the right to withdraw the reservation without giving reasons
